Jörg Schloten - Business and Product Development Manager
Jörg has been in the financial markets for 25 years now, working for well-established private banks and global power houses in several functions serving international and domestic institutional clients. At Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie., he worked on mandates to build their institutional trading and market making and spearheaded the company's move towards electronic trading on the DTB (now Eurex) and IBIS (now XETRA). In his free time he graduated as Bankfachwirt from the Bankakademie (now Frankfurt School of Finance). In 1997, he joined Morgan Stanley's trading desk and later the portfolio trading desk. His vast expertise in electronic trading and transaction cost analysis combined with Marvelsoft's expertise enables him to offer tailor-made solutions to both buy and sell side institutions.

Massimo Bandiera - Business Development Manager - South Europe
Massimo has ten years of experience as a professional sales trader and he is able to advise on all Marvelsoft's trading solutions and match them to client needs. After graduating in the economics of financial markets and institutions at Bocconi University, he joined Gestnord Intermediazione SIM S.p.a. in Milan. He spent the next seven years there as an equity and derivatives trader before becoming the head of the trading desk. In 2007 he moved to Berenberg Bank in Hamburg where he worked as an equity sales trader tasked with developing the bank's activities within the Italian market.

Andrea worked for Arthur Andersen for a number of years, managing an array of important IT contracts in the legal and business sectors. He then moved to KPMG where he held a management consultancy role, specialising in information security and data protection for Swiss banks and private bankers. Since 2003 Andrea has worked as an independent consultant. He offers management consulting services at all levels and is also able to draw on the expertise of various specialists in different operational sectors.

Matija Maretic - Chief Technical Officer
After graduating in physics and mathematics and gaining an MBA, Matija chose to specialise in algorithmic trading. From 2000 onwards, he developed automated trading strategies and directed the Gateway Project for Gestnord Intermediazione SIM S.p.a. in Milan. His experience led to his appointment in 2004 as CTO for Marvelsoft. This included heading Algorithmic Trading for Refco Securities S.A. in Paris and a similar role with the GFI Group, focusing on developing second-generation algorithmic trading and managing software programmers.

Erlan Wheeler II - Algorithmic Trading Strategist
Erlan is a professor of mathematics and computer science who received a Ph.D. from M.I.T. in 1992. With his background in programming and combinatorics, he helps the Marvelsoft team develop their trading algorithms.
