Your data is protected in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international best practices.

  • For Open Positions: Processing is based on your request to enter into an employment relationship (pre-contractual activities).
  • For the Talent Community: Processing is based on your explicit consent to keep you informed about future opportunities and “Life at Marvelsoft” news.
  1. Data Transfer to Hong Kong As an international company, Marvelsoft may share your data between our Tuzla and Hong Kong offices solely for evaluating your profile. Equivalent security measures apply in both locations.

  • Job Applications: Maximum of 6 months after the position is filled.
  • Talent Community: 24 months or until consent is withdrawn.
